| I went to practice today, however I didn't feel good at all because I hadn't eaten anything all day and I am sleep deprived from going to bed really late all summer. |

| We did the loop from the track to gaurdsmen down to the cemetery, a lap, and back on 13th. I felt much happier today and I was especially pleased because I had this run in my head and hoped we would do it. Afterwords I did only one 300 and I tried reasonably hard to catch Becky who was two people ahead of me. Finally a big grasslap. |

| Today went well! We did the shriner run and I turned back after the first waterfountain. I felt like I was going at a good clip most of the time, but I did notice some pain in my problem foot when I was finishing up on the track. |

| Am- I had a really good time during the morning run, because it was cool and dark and pleasant. The breakfast was also very good. We went up to foothill then down past the hospital and back on 13th, and added eight hill strides. Pm- I really hate running on the track! We did a mile warmup and a mile of speed changes, then a mile repeat, then I did a five minute repeat and an 800. |

| Today we did the grass Relays in American Fork. Because of the wait for the restroom I didn't get to warm up at all, but thats all right because sometimes I think I do better with short warmups. I didn't race very hard on the first lap,so I tried to go faster on the second lap. My time seems slow to me, but then I factor in the haybales and my lack of running over the summer, and it seems ~okay. | Add Comment |
